This Brisbane unit got a complete outdoor makeover with an Asset insulated patio roof, and a stunning hardwood timber deck. Once council approved, this living area was completed in just under a week, by two teams of Asset builders.
The deck was built on level two of a three level unit on Brisbane’s southside. The natural ground level, allowed us to construct the deck on a slab just adjacent to the rear sliding door. The remainder of the deck then becomes supported by a traditional joist and bearer system as the deck wraps around the side of the building.
The patio roof consists of Ausdeck 50mm Insulated roofing sheets, 150 & 200mm supporting beams, plus kwila laminated timber posts to give that natural modern feel.
